Online Resources
This section of the MRC Web site provides direct links to online resources, guidebooks, and evaluation tools that will be useful to ED grantees as they develop their programs. These materials have not been developed by the MRC, but their usefulness and applicability has been determined by the U.S. Department of Education and our staff. Please contact the MRC Tech Support staff if you have trouble accessing any of these documents.

To view many of these online resources, you will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software which, if your computer does not already have it, can be downloaded from the Adobe site at: www.adobe.com/acrobat/readstep.html.
In addition to these web-based resources, the MRC also makes a wide variety of hardcopy books available to grantees through its Lending Library. You can search through the lendable materials and view lists of recommended reading on the Library page.
