This free online assessment tool introduces six Pillars of Accountability: Ethical Fundraising, Strategic Risk Management, Cultural Competence, Fiscal Integrity, Dynamic Programming and Leadership Sustainability. These Pillars provide a foundation for preserving and protecting the integrity of your organization. The assessment, in which you will be asked a series of questions about your nonprofit's operations, is free and takes about 20 minutes to complete. You will then be given the opportunity to create an action list to strengthen the pillars that support your program and agency.
