Forming and Maintaining Partnerships (published by the National Mentoring Center)
This module from the JUMP training curriculum covers the nuts and bolts of forming and maintaining partnerships with other organizations. This version does have trainer resources at the beginning, but the participant handouts alone are full of useful information for ED grantees on formalizing their partnerships.

An outstanding source of information for both schools and community organizations. This material covers everything from initially planning to collaborate all the way through program implementation and sustainability planning. It offers users helpful checklists and planning tools that may be useful to ED grantees.
